PETERBOROUGH, ON— Montreal based media artist Andrew Forster has shown his work across Canada in numerous solo and group exhibitions. His exciting installation at Artspace will feature two projections, one of a tree (on slide) the other of a river (on video), that will be construct a virtual environment. Artspace will be entirely "blacked out" for this presentation. A dynamic audio component will further develop the virtual space around the viewer. The environment will serve to "trouble" the media’s relation to reality, a wholly contemporary critique that should hold fascination for the entire community.
